A new designed modern looking welding helmet equipped with an improved new digital ADF, suitable for most welding applications supplied with a new dual strap headgear.
The welding helmet is the latest addition under the ClearView brand, fully tested and certified to EN 175B, ANSI/I SEA Z87.1-2015, CSA Z94.3 -15 shell and auto darkening filter (ADF) tested to EN379:2009-07, ANSI Z87.1-2010 & CSA Z94.3-2007 – with external grind function. This allows the operator to use this helmet for various welding applications including pre and post welding applications. By simply pressing the external grind button the ADF will allow the user to use this helmet for deburring or grinding operations. The ADF retainer allows easy fitting of a magnification lens. The helmet is made of High Impact Resistant Nylon (PA).
The OHE550D welding helmets afford reliable protection for the eyes when electric arc welding. They offer permanent protection against UV/IR rays (SH13), heat & sparks in any state from the clear to dark. The protection shades of the OHE550D welding helmets have been chosen to avoid eye damage caused by the welding arc.
The OHE550D welding helmets allow the welder to see the point of arc strike more precisely. This leads to a real time saving. The helmet does not have to be flipped up and down during welding, both hands are kept free and because of the helmets lightweight fatigue is reduced.
